 Hong Kong lawyer certification (China's entrusted notary public service) refers to the notarization of Hong Kong company documents (business registration certificate, certificate of incorporation, annual report, directors and shareholders' register, etc.) involving commercial nature by legal lawyers in Hong Kong. And according to the place of use, the user requires the process of government department certification or embassy certification, Hague certification, etc.

Embassy apostille certificate for Hong Kong company

Notarization of the main documents of a Hong Kong company must entrust Chinese-appointed notary (Hong Kong practicing lawyers) to verify and confirm, and the copy of the document shall be notarized by the lawyer, certified by the Hong Kong High Court, and must be passed on by the Ministry of Justice (Hong Kong).

International Hague Certification

For other countries, you can choose to do embassy certification and international Hague certification that they have embassies and consulates stationed in Hong Kong. You can directly apply for the embassy and consulate certification in Hong Kong. You can also apply for Hague certification for Hague Convention countries or for regions that recognize Hague certification.
