Flexible Employment

From the perspective of employment groups, flexible employment is mainly concentrated in the following three categories:


  • Blue collar groups mainly in life service posts and labor-intensive posts;

  • Medium and high-end technical posts required by scientific and technological development;

  • Those employed in auxiliary functional posts with strong professionalism.



Therefore, flexible employment is also divided into these types

  • Employment type

    As the name suggests, it is to build employment relations in the form of employment. The relative time and form are relatively flexible. Employers can change at any time, mainly in the forms of labor dispatch, outsourcing, internship, retirement and reemployment.


  • Labor type

    Labor service type is labor outsourcing, with flexible service forms, such as contracting of small projects.


  • Business type

    Business type refers to the self-employed, independent operation, and the construction of employment relationship with enterprises in the mode of business cooperation. In fact, it belongs to a form of contract, more cooperation.


Compared with the traditional forms of employment, flexible employment has no labor contract. If there is a dispute between the two parties, it is only applicable to the civil law, not the labor law. Whether enterprises or individuals want to take the form of flexible employment, they should first weigh the pros and cons, whether to maximize the benefits brought by flexible employment or refuse flexible employment. Relatively speaking, there is no stability of traditional employment.
