Documents Required:

1. Copies of the identity certificates of the legal representative, shareholders, directors, and supervisors, and the original identity certificates of the legal representative must be provided at the counter while presenting the paper application.

2. Two original of the office lease contract and a copy of the landlord’s property documents.

3. Telephone, email and address of the legal representative

4. The legal representative shall personally present at the counter while opening the bank account.

Procedures:

1. Formulate the company's articles of association and determine the company's structure.

2. Select business operational location and office.

3. Apply for business license

4. File with the tax bureau and to approve the tax types

5. Bank account opening

6. Employee social security and provident fund filing
